Buena Vista Luxury Garden Spa Resort

My husband and I visited Buena Vista resort in November 2022 as a last minute getaway. From the moment we booked to our check-out, the stay was excellent. The hotel promptly confirmed our itinerary via Whatsapp upon booking and were sure to be there to assist us when we arrived. At arrival, our credit card was not working. Rather than delay our check-in, they let us check-in immediately and allowed us to troubleshoot the next morning. Rahul at reception was kind and patient while we phoned the cc company and found an alternative solution. The room itself was gorgeous. We stayed in Heritage Villa 3 and it was the most beautiful place. The pool and garden were meticulously maintained. The room was beautiful with comfortable a/c and a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was fully marble with a lovely fixtures. Our first night, we dined at Le Gourmet restaurant. It was delicious. All the food we tried was fresh and tasty. The chef came out to ensure we had a good experience. The continental breakfast was delicious every morning (try the pastries!). The standard fair was provided each day and the service was excellent. Sutender in the restaurant was a gracious host. Minakshi from reception helped us book a car and driver for each of our excursions and helped us plan a nice itinerary for sightseeing. The hotel staff we met always were so polite, thoughtful and really took extra time to make us feel welcome. The hotel was extremely communicative via Whatsapp and really took any stress out of our travel. For example, one of our drivers did not give us a contact number with Whatsapp. I asked reception and within 5 minutes, they sent me new contact details. The spa services were also lovely. We enjoyed massages and hot tea and cookies afterwards. Though, I did not get a chance to use the heated pool inside the spa, it was beautiful and well-appointed. On our final night, we enjoyed an in-villa dinner which was brought within 30 minutes.

Honestly the photos don’t do justice to this property. It is a beautiful hotel, spread over huge acres of land and the villa’s are just out of this world. A big enough private pool (for 2), a phenomenal room with world class amenities and ample privacy. You honestly couldn’t ask for more.
